With the crime rate on the rise, some local residents are looking for help. Residents of Johnstown's Moxham neighborhood want city officials to open a police sub-station at the Russel House. They say it would give officers a place to file paperwork, and increase the police presence in Moxham. The residents think a sub-station is the best option to combat the growng problem of crime and drug use.
