Police: Teens Jump From Moving Train In Johnstown

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —

Johnstown police and EMS crews make a startling discovery Wednesday night: three teens were found lying along the railroads tracks behind the Discovery Center in Johnstown.

Police said the teens got on a train at the Walnut Street train station and jumped off the train that was moving parallel to Broad Street.

Two of the three teens were seriously hurt and were taken to a hospital. The third teen had minor injuries.

Police aren't sure if charged will be filed it's: ultimately up to the railroad company that owns the property.

Police warn people to not enter railroad property it is private. Also, they said people should not try to cross railroad tracks.

Police Chief Craig Foust said, in the past, people have been killed crossing the tracks in Johnstown because trains can't stop in time.
