John Kroll, 61, is already serving time in a Maryland prison for kidnapping a then 9-year-old girl in 1980 and assaulting a woman.
Kroll is scheduled to be released in March 2012, but Bedford County District Attorney Bill Higgins said he wants Kroll to die in jail, so Higgins has charged Kroll with bringing the child into Pennsylvania 30 years ago and molesting her with a broomstick.
