HARRISBURG, Pa. —
The preliminary hearing transcript for two Penn State administrators charged with perjury and failure to report suspected child abuse is available online.
The Dauphin County court administrator on Thursday announced the transcript from the Dec. 16 hearing has been made available to the public.
The hearing resulted in charges against Tim Curley and Gary Schultz being forwarded to county court for trial.
The two are accused of lying to a grand jury investigating allegations that former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky had molested children.
All three have denied the allegations. Sandusky awaits trial in Centre County after waiving his preliminary hearing.
Curley is the school's athletic director and on leave since being charged last month. Schultz was vice president for business and finance and has since retired.
