PSU Researchers Get Grant to Continue Work On Alternative Fuels

Centre County —

A group of Penn State University researchers have received a grant of $273,278 from the state to continue research into hydrogen fuel development. They have been testing the alternative fuel on 3 vehicles over the last several years. Money from the grant will allow them to expand their work. Seven vehicles will be added to the study. Researchers are hoping to use findings from their study to develop a vehicle that is more fuel efficient for consumers.
