Rain Not Expected To Dampen 'Thunder'

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —

While not many people had made it to Thunder in the Valley early Thursday, organizers said they don't anticipate rainy weather to put a damper on the annual motorcycle festival.

The four-day event kicked off around 11 a.m. at Festival Park, and downtown Johnstown was expected to be flooded with people enjoying the food, entertainment and merchandise.
