JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
Millcreek is an option for drivers who are trying to avoid the suggested detour that takes them onto Franklin Street near the hospital.
The residents who live on the street said the drivers traveling through the area are traveling in a 25 mile per hour zone, but are driving much faster.
Repairs on the slip aren't expected until sometime next week, but residents on Millcreek are hopeful people will respect their neighborhood and slow down because of children in the area.
