JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Norris Collins, 19.
Police said Collins shot and killed Cortez Jordan, 27, early Sunday at the Solomon Homes.
Police said Collins may be armed and dangerous.
