Richland Township Makes Some Changes

Honoring a fallen hero - while getting down to some serious business.

That's what the Richland Township Board did Monday night. It issued a proclamation on the late Police Chief James Mock. It honors his duties as Chief and his devotion to the community. The supervisors then approved the preliminary stages of re-zoning the Johnstown Business Par - by 100 acres. That would stretch from Jari Drive to Mount Airy Drive. Also last night, one supervisor said goodbye. Bill Harris sat in on his last official meeting. He was recently elected as a County Commissioner.
