Robbery Suspect Nabbed

Tyrone, PA —

What started out as a robbery - and ended as a chase has now landed one man behind bars. Police found Jacob Ewing, of Tyrone, hiding in a small cubbyhole in the attic of a house. Police say he held up the Kwick-Fill Convenience Store near Tyrone on Tuesday morning. When they originally tried to make the arrest, he led them on a pursuit and police lost track of him. Ewing was arraigned and his bail was set at $30,000. He's now in the Blair County Prison.
