Salvation Army

Hurricane Katrina had Salvation Army officials worried at the beginning of the holiday season. Concerns over the amount of donations that would go into the popular red kettles this Christmas but here in Altoona, they are right on the mark to reaching their goal of 70 thousand dollars. As of Wednesday morning, they had already brought in 42 thousand dollars.
