JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
Children and parents will be at the final graduation ceremony at the Little People's Learning Center, located inside the First Presbyterian Church in Johnstown.
After 27 years and more than 500 graduates, the center is closing. The school used to average 50 to 55 students. Now, it's down to about 30, which isn't enough to keep the center open.
