HOUTZDALE, Pa. —
A teacher at Houtzdale State Prison is facing felony charges for allegedly having a sexual relationship with an inmate.
The Centre Daily Times reported Rebecca Williams was charged with institutional sexual assault and two other misdemeanors.
Both the inmate and Williams told police the sexual relationship started in October inside the prison classroom.
The inmate has recently been released.
Williams is expected to stand trial and is free on $25,000 bail.
