The family of 74-year-old Velda Malloy said they believe she was kidnapped Wednesday afternoon and that the man who took her remains at large.
Malloy's car was discovered in the village of Saulsburg, Huntingdon County.
Malloy is described as 5' 1" tall, about 120 pounds, with brown hair, dark eyes and a fair complexion.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
