The search for a missing New York man is over. Punxsutawney State Police says Christopher Regan was staying at a shelter in Lawrence County. New Castle Police talked with Regan , confirming that it's him. Regan was reported missing by his family last month. His car was found in Jefferson County, bringing the search to Pennsylvania.
