According to state regulations, courthouse security was supposed to up and running by the beginning of June.
Commissioners said the equipment is in-house and employees have started training on the equipment. Because of that, commissioners said, there is no problem pushing back the deadline.
Officials said they expect the new security measure to be in place during the first week in July.
