Senate Candidates Square Off

ALTOONA —

Incumbent Sen. Bob Jubelirer and two challengers for his 30th district senate seat squared off in their third and final debate before the May primary election.

The debate was held Friday at the Penn State Altoona Campus. It was the last chance for the candidates to drive home their points on key issues to voters.

All three candidates discussed health care, minimum wage and economic development in the very lively debate.

The debate was sponsored by the Blair County Chamber of Commerce, one of the highlights of the state's business climate.
