Serrano Fallout

The death of Penn State student Peter Serrano is having an impact on the State College Police Department's late night patrols. According to police chief Tom King, more officers are being called to deal with unruly patrons in the bars. King feels its probably due to bar staffers becoming more reluctant to physically deal with customers , after two bar bouncers have been ordered to stand trial on involuntary manslaughter charges in the Serrano death. King says its pulling police resources off the streets at hours when usually they're already busy dealing with other problems.
