Blair County —
Altoona police are investigating an early Sunday morning shooting. Police say James Rodgers was shot in the face along Fourth Avenue and Sixth Street just after 1 am Sunday. Police arrested James "junior" Williams and charged him with attempted murder. Rodgers is at the Altoona Hospital in stable condition.
