The Mine Safety Health Administration is investigating a deadly accident.
Larry Paul Yoder, 61, was killed Tuesday after he was run over by a payloader at the New Enterprise Stone and Lime Co. in Jefferson Township.
The Somerset County Coroner pronounced him dead at the scene.
