Authorities said Eric Gahagen, of Central City, arrived at the girl's home near Dallas Sunday night without her parents' knowledge.
Police said the girl hid Gahagen in her bedroom for more than 24 hours and said Gahagen had sex with the girl when she got home from school Monday.
Gahagen told police he thought the girl was 20 years old.
