SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. —
A Somerset man was arraigned on homicide by vehicle charges on Thursday for a deadly one-vehicle crash last summer.
The Daily American reported 23-year old Casey Miller is also charged with aggravated assault while driving under the influence.
The crash happened on Aug. 20 at Chickentown Road and Skyline Lane in Somerset Township.
A passenger with Miller, 22-year old Kody Dwire, was ejected from the car and died about six hours after the crash, according to the charges.
