CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. —
Pennsylvania State Police in Clearfield are investigating after two children were allegedly raped in Chest Township.
Troopers said a 31-year-old man is accused of raping an 8-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl between March 2010 and March 2011.
Charges will be filed and Clearfield County Children & Youth Services is helping with the investigation.
