Blair County authorities have started the paperwork to bring accused killer Andre Staton back to Pennsylvania. Altoona police say Staton is their prime suspect in last month's stabbing death of Beverly Yohn. Baltimore police arrested Staton following a standoff three days after Yohn's murder. The warrant to bring Staton back to Blair County needs the governor's signature before it goes to Maryland.
