Storms last night across Western Pennsylvania left nearly 2,000 people without power and dozens of homes flooded. In New Kensington. of Westmoreland County, a mudslide closed one lane of Route 56/366 near Valley High School. Also, Constitution Boulevard and Seventh Street closed overnight because of flood waters more than two feet deep. Rainfall of two to three inches fell across parts of that area.
