Taking A Bite Out Of Crime

An area community is asking city officials to help them do something about the rising crime and drug use.

People who live in Johnstown's Moxham neighborhood want city officials to open a police sub-station at the Russel House. They say it would give officers a place to file paperwork, and increase the police presence in Moxham. They also say a sub-station would be the best option to deal with the growing problem of crime and drug use.
