The three-story, more than 93,000-square-foot building had a chance to shine Friday morning.
Officials with the building's contractors, PJ Dick, gave tours to people who were a block away at the Cambria County War Memorial for the Showcase for Commerce.
The project superintendent said it could not be a better opportunity to show off the first green building in Johnstown.
Officials said they hope to have the tech park ready to open in November.
