Three Accused Of Trying To Heist Steel

ST. MARY'S, Pa. —

Three men were arrested on charges they tried steal more than $14,000 worth of stainless steel from an Elk County company.

A patrol officer said he caught the three men loading the steel early Monday.

Richard Poage, 32, was arrested right away. Jesse Denio, 29, was arrested a short time later. James Carpin, 42, turned himself in later on Monday.
