Three Arrested In Railroad Theft

Jefferson County —

Three men have been arrested in Jefferson County for stealing $15,000 worth of railroad tie plates. State police say it happened over the last week in Knox township. John Arose, Timothy Hulse and Casey Sharp were all arrested. Besides theft, police say the three caused $1500 worth of damage to the railroad track.
