Three Hour Police Stand-Off In Centre County

There were some tense moments, but a police standoff this morning ends peacefully after hours of negotiation. Police said they had troubles with the suspect only a few days before, and decided to take extra precautions today

This morning in Bellefonte police were trying to serve a warrant, but instead of cooperating with the police, the suspect barricaded himself in his apartment and started making threats.

Stephen Crow was tackled by police after he finally gave up and left his apartment. Police say no shots were fired, and no one was hurt during the standoff. It is still unclear why Mr. Crow barricaded himself in the apartment, but Channel 6 News has a crew on this story and we'll have the latest development tonight on Channel 6 News at Five.
