Johnstown —
Thirteen days and counting.... that's how long Johnstown's bag lady has to clean up her home. The city has filed another complaint against Doctor Chandra Vora because of all of the trash and junk around her house. Yesterday, a district magistrate said he will visit Vora's home in mid-June to see if she has complied with his ruling. If not, Vora will be fined $25 per day until it is. The city went in and cleaned up Vora's property about one year ago.
