There's talk about Blair County Police Departments possibly combining services. Altoona City Council is considering participating in a study that would show the pros and cons of regionalization of combining police forces, possibly from the city of Altoona, Logan Township, or Hollidaysburg. Yesterday, council heard why the move is good for communities.
