He just got the job, but in a surprise move the recently appointed top administrator for Centre County government is calling it quits. Adam Brumbaugh's last day with the county is tomorrow. He says the job description and duties need to be reviewed and the commissioners agree with Brumaugh. He plans to return to his former job as manager of College Township.
