A preliminary hearing is set for today, Thursday, in the case of two bar bouncers charged in the death of Penn State student Peter Serrano. Jason and Christopher Rosengrant are both charged with involuntary manslaughter. Police say Serrano died after being restrained by the Rosengrant's outside of a State College bar. The prosecution admits its a difficult case. Both sides are expected to call a number of witnesses for the preliminary hearing.
