BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. --
The murder trial of a Bedford County man accused of killing his wife three years ago will begin in the spring.
Jury selection for 40-year-old John Gerholt is scheduled for late April.
Police said Gerholt killed his wife in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant where she worked in November 2008.
Gerholt's trial was supposed to begin next month, but his attorney, Thomas Dickey, has been busy with the Nicholas Horner murder trial in Blair County. The Horner case is currently on hold.
