JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
Traffic was backed up Tuesday morning because of a truck that was stuck under the Laurel Avenue underpass in Johnstown's west end.
Crews were quickly able to get the driver and truck out.
Workers had to stop traffic some time until they were able to clean up the mess.
