BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —
There’s still no decision as to whether charges will be filed in the shooting death of an Altoona teen, according to the Altoona-Mirror.
Police said Jesse McElhinney of Altoona was fatally shot Wednesday by his friend.
The paper reports that police may not decide to file charges until later this week.
McElhinney’s funeral was held Saturday night.
There’s a trust fund set up at First Summit Bank to help cover funeral expenses.
