Police said it all happened between January and March of last year. Neighbors say Janie Courson and Melissa Burr moved out of a house on Brown Street a few months ago. They're now facing several charges including rape and statutory sexual assault.
Neighbors said they were suspicious of the women since people came in and out of their house late at night and there were black plastic garbage bags over the windows.
The two women were arraigned Friday in Jefferson County before they were taken to the county jail.
