Police arrested three people at the State College Wal-Mart. According to police, one of the suspects stole merchandise, then took it to the parking lot. Next, the second suspect went back into the store and returned the stolen merchandise for store credit, in the form of a gift card. The third suspect took the gift card and used it to buy more merchandise. All three involved were arrested and charged.
