The first change is right when people come in -- bags will be searched by security. Management said it would not slow down the check-in process so there is no need to to come early for shows.
There will also be a no re-entry rule. There will be any area outside for smokers.
Professional long lens cameras, food,and drinks are now banned from the arena.
All of these rules are effective Tuesday, Oct. 6.
