Wecht: Slain Dentist Was 'Carved' With Knife

The murder trial of a former state trooper resumed Wednesday morning in Indiana County Court.

Kevin Foley, 43, is accused of killing his live-in girlfriend's estranged husband, Dr. John Yelenic.

Tuesday, forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht testified that Yelenic had been carved with a knife and his head was forced through a window pane.

The defense argues there is no conclusive evidence linking Foley to the killing.
