When Driving In Bad Weather, Pack Emergency Kit

While Gov. Ed Rendell has signed a declaration of emergency it doesn't mean that their is a travel ban but emergency responders are encouraging people who don't have to travel to stay at home.

For those people who do have to hit the snow covered roads its essential that they are prepared with an emergency kit.

Other than having a shovel and salt drivers should keep a bag handy with a blanket, flash light, and maybe a snack just in case drivers get stuck in the snow overnight.
