Widow Of Johnstown Pilot Is Suing

A second lawsuit has been filed in a plane

crash that killed a Johnstown pilot and his passenger two years

ago. Mary Ann Guercio, the widow of passenger Frederick Guercio, is

suing the pilot, a company that manufactured the plane's carburetor

and the Pennsylvania Electric Company for unspecified damages.

Frederick Guercio and pilot Michael Benko were killed when Benko's

small, single-engine Cessna crashed in Cambria County in May 2001.
