Windber Man Crashes Truck After Suffering Fatal Heart Attack

The Cambria County coroner said a man found dead in a late-night crash in the Johnstown area actually died from a heart attack.

Leroy Miller, 51, of Windber, was the driver of a pickup truck that rammed a cement wall along Bedford Street late Thursday.

The coroner said Miller did not suffer any injuries as a result of the crash and his death was ruled natural.
