Someone has won the $340 million Powerball jackpot. Lottery officials say Wednesday night's winning ticket was sold in Oregon. The jackpot is the largest in Powerball history and the second-largest lottery jackpot in U.S. History. Wednesday night's winning numbers are 7, 21, 43, 44, 49 and the Powerball is 29. So far, no winner has come forward. Taking a lump sum payment, the lottery winner would take home $164 million after taxes.
