The Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Bedford, Blair, Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk, And Huntingdon counties in the 6 News viewing area.

The weather service said 2-4 inches is expected to accumulate and between ¼ to ½ inch of ice could accumulate in the Laurel Highlands.
The weather service said travel is expected to become hazardous with isolated power outages because of freezing rain accumulating on tree limbs and power lines.
Visibilities could be less than a mile at times. Drivers should use extreme caution if planning to travel.
