SOMERSET TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
Samantha Hutzell was trapped in her vehicle for a time until a Somerset County Volunteer Fire Department crew could get her out.
Hutzell was taken to Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown with minor injuries, according to first responders.
