Work Haulted On Retail Complex

Centre County developers have gone to court to try to evict two trailer park residents who are holding up construction on the new Park Forest Centre retail complex. The two, Michael Stewart and David Bolton, are refusing to leave their homes. They say their trailers are in poor condition and won't survive a move to a different location. Their attorney also claims their evictions weren't handled in accordance with the state's Landlord Tenant Act. Meanwhile, work on the retail complex has been halted until the eviction issue is resolved.
