Zoning Regulations Need In Place For National Memorial At Crash Site

Somerset County —

Municipality Leaders say zoning regulations around the United Flight 93 Crash Site should be in place before a National Memorial is built. Five of six townships that sit between Somerset and the crash site have asked Somerset County to study corridor zoning, which would allow officials to control development along the primary roadways to the National Memorial Site. None of the townships along the corridor have zoning regulations right now.
