Eleven ticks into the final period, Joe Tallari tied the game at two, and after Tyler Knight gave the Storm a 3-to-2 lead, Matt Reid tallied his fifth goal of the year short-handed to tie the game at three. Jean Desrochers went on to net the game winner. The Chiefs were successful on 2-of-3 power play chances as goalie David Currie made 34-saves in net.
